Karen, Front Office

I am happy to join the team at A Smiling Heart Dentistry, where our passion and dedication to excellence in dental care can be seen and felt. My desire is to contribute to the positive experience each patient can expect to have in our office.

It has been my great pleasure to work in dentistry for over 20 years in Treatment coordinator, Reception and Business office positions.

I came to the dental field after doing volunteer hospital work and discovering the joy that comes from helping people in sometimes stressful and uncertain circumstances.

While dental work has been rewarding, my supreme joy has been in being a mother of 4 sons, now grown, married. I enjoy church service, reading (especially American history). I look forward to each day for the opportunity to make new friends and acquaintances and the enjoyment of my happy life in this exceptional, God given country.

Ana, Patient Coordinator

Hello my name is Ana. I have the blessing and the true joy to be a part of A Smiling Heart. I long to live a purpose driven life. At this time a big purpose of my life is to make each one of our patients day a little more sunnier, joyous and filled with care.

I truly care about each one of your needs deeply and want to share God given love with my patients.

Though I am proud of my career, my greatest accomplishment is my family. I am blessed with the kindest, loving husband and 2 beautifully talented children.

In my spare time I like to take care of my parents, take long walks and dream of a better world. I am a big dreamer.

Quynh, Dental Hygienist

Quynh obtained her Restorative Dental Hygiene degree from Columbia Basin College in 2004. With an expanded function license, her scope of traditional dental hygiene practice extends to include administering local anesthetics, nitrous oxide/oxygen analgesia and placing restorations. She was a recipient of the Golden Carver Award, recognized for outstanding restorations.

Aside from delivering thorough cleanings, Quynh holds importance in educating and coaching patients to achieve healthy oral habits, including how oral health correlates to the overall systemic health. She is known for her gentle touch and offers care that is unique to each patient’s personal needs and situation.

Outside of work—her family comes first.
Family life doesn’t stop with just her four active children as her very large extended family is part of her daily life. When not packing in too much in too little time, she enjoys sleeping in, seeking new places to eat and planning her next sunny and warm destination to visit!

Diana, Dental Hygienist

Hello my name is Diana.

I’ve been a hygienist for 18+ years. As a dental hygienist, I continue to learn and improve my knowledge and skills to educate and encourage patients through their dental journey. My favorite part of my job is being a part of improving patients dental health while having the opportunity to build long term relationships with them.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my Italian family and my friends. My passion is traveling, hiking, running, cycling, skiing, bachata dancing and attending church services. I’m looking forward to serving my community at Smiling Heart Dentistry.

Petia, Dental Assistant

My name is Petia, and I was born and raised in Bulgaria, where I worked as a Registered Nurse. After coming to the United States in 1998, I wanted to pursue my love for the medical field and help people, so I became a Dental Assistant.

I am thankful and proud to work for A Smiling Heart Dentistry. I love to make our patients feel comfortable and welcome, and I feel inspired to continue learning and improving. Dr. Tigran and the team are amazing, work with the newest technologies, and provide extraordinary dental care!

In my personal time, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Lana, Dental Assistant

Lana is passionate about her work in the dental field and has a love for making people feel comfortable and confident which becomes apparent as soon as she greets you. She is committed to making your visit efficient, educational, and professional. As a registered dental assistant, Lana enjoys assisting in all restorative and cosmetic procedures. At A Smiling Heart Dentistry, we feel extremely fortunate that Lana chose to join our team and we know our patients feel the same!

When she's not in the office, Lana enjoys cooking, baking, weekend getaways, and sharing time with her family.

Mahsa, Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in Tehran. Having grown up in a big family, I really enjoy caring, helping and supporting others.
Mahsa is trilingual and was an esthetician before relocating to the United States in 2016.

Her desire to help others guided her towards medicine and she decided to attend dental assisting school, where she excelled in providing outstanding care to her patients.

She is also a certified phlebotomist and performs such jentle blood draws for PRF to be used during our surgeries.
In her free time , our Mahsa enjoys cooking, hiking and dancing.

Anna, Dental Assistant

Anna was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, where she went to a midwife school and got her English language degree. She moved to CA in 2009 where her two children were born and then WA where she got her Dental Assistant certification. Anna joined Smiling Heart Dentistry in January 2022. She strives to provide the highest possible patient care during consultations and procedures. Outside of her work she continues science studies, enjoys swimming, hiking and gardening and taking care of her children and pets. She’s a thinker, a dreamer who loves life and people.

Nancy, Registered Dental Assistant

We are so excited to introduce to you our latest team addition. As our Sara will work less hours to prepare for her Dental School exam, Nancy will join our team as a full-time Dental Assistant. Our Nancy relocated from Florida just about two weeks ago. Nancy graduated as a general dentist on June 21st, 1991 from a prestigious Colombian University.

She was a general dentist in her native country. She has been working as a dental assistant in Florida since 2004 with 20 years of experience as lead dental assistant.She is a great team member and believes in always giving 100% to her profession. Nancy has a passion for helping her beloved patients who have dental fear or bad dental experiences. She loves animals and is a very active animal rescuer …

Lucy, Registered Dental Assistant

Our Lucy is a highly trained, registered dental assistant. She stays current with continuing dental education classes - a commitment she takes seriously to helping patients maintain their dental health. Patients appreciate her gentle and compassionate bedside manner. Lucy enjoys cooking and baking, painting in her free time. Lucy resides in Bellevue with her husband and beautiful daughter Angelina.
